The Consumer Program Lead will serve as a strategic partner to multiple teams, including Consumer Product Strategy, Consumer Segmentation, Consumer Governance, and Consumer Programs, as well as internal stakeholders, to support the digital and consumer banking brands of Texas Capital Bank. This role is critical in driving operational process improvements across the Consumer Line of Business (LOB) while ensuring successful adoption of new processes tied to strategic initiatives. The Consumer Program Lead will also provide program management leadership for executing the consumer product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance change management programs at the LOB level, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and accountability for all related policies and procedures.
  • Drive operational process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop, own, and execute change management procedures to document impacts resulting from strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of how business processes, technology, organizational structure, and job roles are impacted by changes.
  • Ensure adoption milestones and activities are delivered on time and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate changes clearly and adapt messaging for diverse audiences, fostering transparency and engagement.
  • Instill a mindset shift toward a customer-centric, risk-aware, and performance-driven culture.
  • Act as program manager to provide additional program management support for Consumer LOB initiatives, ensuring delivery against roadmap priorities.
  • Lead and enhance the project management function for the line of business through implementing best practices, standardizing routines and project documentation, coaching, developing and tracking KPIs.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within Consumer Banking or Financial Services.
  • 3+ years of experience managing project managers or cross-functional teams, with proven ability to lead through influence and accountability.
  • Proven experience applying Change Management methodologies and practices to large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational process improvements and implementing efficiency strategies across complex business environments.
  • Experience building change management plans and enabling content leveraging an omni-channel delivery model to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong track record of leading teams through change and ambiguity in an agile product development environment.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering Change Management solutions across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills to achieve consensus and drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and “wear multiple hats” in a dynamic environment.
