Consulting Senior Associate - Liability Portfolio Management

We are currently recruiting an Consulting Associate with an interest in site assessment, soil/groundwater remediation and sustainable asset retirement services as well as broader environmental and sustainability services. It is expected that the selected candidate will primarily support our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in Singapore and support other services within our Singapore office, such as Merger and Acquisition, Safety Services, Capital Project Delivery, Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change in Singapore and within Asia Pacific. ROLE PROFILE:

To support the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives by:

  • Providing completed task and inputs into elements of projects and/or proposal;
  • Support delivery of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, , risk assessment, soil/groundwater remediation and asset retirement services through the whole project life cycle
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining proactive health and safety management program at all project sites
  • Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery and engagement
  • Building effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business unit and work collaboratively
  • Continue your consultancy and communication skills development
  • Understanding ERM’s practices, products and services
  • Contributing to business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements
  • Demonstrate the drive and ambition to learn and grow across a wide range of service areas and regions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Science or Engineering degree)
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experiences in supporting environmental site assessment or environment / sustainability consultancy works (desirable).
  • Demonstrate great verbal and written communications skills in English, with attention to detail
  • Able to multitask, work collaboratively in team and coach/mentor junior staff
  • Be conversant in Microsoft applications
  • Drafting/AutoCAD and GIS capabilities and experiences (desirable)
