Togetherwork is launching a company-wide compensation refresh, and we’re seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to help us design a scalable, market-aligned framework that supports our growth and talent strategy.
Validate and clean current job data (approximately 366 titles)
Develop a clear job function and classification taxonomy
Align job levels across roles and departments
Lead market benchmarking and pay range modeling
Deliver a validated, scalable compensation framework by January 2026
Proven experience leading job leveling or compensation benchmarking projects
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with SaaS or high-growth environments preferred
Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
Timeline: November 2025 – January 2026
Commitment: ~275 hours (part-time contract)
Goal: Deliver a validated, market-ready compensation framework in preparation for Togetherwork’s February compensation cycle
