The Global Communications team is a committed and creative team that contributes to the company’s success through strategic communications, social responsibility and public affairs initiatives.
 
The role we are offering you:
Working hand in hand with our business units (mostly CAE Healthcare, CAE’s Digital Accelerator and our Strategy and Growth Initiatives team), you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support different projects, both internal and external.
 
Are you ready to:
Be the strategic communications advisor to a senior executive and provide support in developing her communications, internally and externally.
In collaboration with internal teams, develop strategies and content that strengthen CAE's international positioning in the media.
Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs and corporate events.
Develop and support various company-wide communication channels and vehicles (executive communications, letters to customers, newsletters, presentations, blogs).
Develop concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools.
Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee communications and external communications.
 
Our ideal candidate has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related discipline.
10 years’ experience in corporate or marketing Communications.
Bilingual with excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English and French.
Experience in communications planning and project management.
International media relations skills.
Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, sense of autonomy and self-discipline.
Ability to show initiative, autonomy and creativity.
