What you will do

The Commission Analyst is responsible for managing and administering sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculation of commissions, timely payouts, and compliance with internal approval processes. This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, HR, and Finance to support performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of incentive structures.

How you will do it

  • Calculate attainment for all commission calculators in a timely manner.

  • Ensure commission payouts are delivered to HR according to deadlines and cut-off dates.

  • Obtain Delegation of Authority (DOA) approval for all calculators before submission to HR.

  • Prepare Loss Prevention quota carrier calculators ahead of the fiscal year’s first payout.

  • Monitor sales performance against commission targets and quotas.

  • Track monthly commission payouts and set up accrual methodology based on expected performance.

  • Implement and maintain performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Provide commission data by Business Unit/Legal Entity for recharge every six months where applicable.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives, addressing inquiries and providing coaching to maximize commission potential.

  • Collaborate with EMEA Senior Leadership Team and country managers to review quota and commission performance, challenging decisions and methodology where necessary.

  • Participate actively in designing and improving commission structures, incentive plans, and SPIFs.

  • Support global reporting requirements and maintain documentation in shared spaces.

  • Maintain historical incentive repository (e.g., Trifecta, prior year quotas, approvals, historic plans).

What we look for

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales administration, sales analysis or similar roles.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English.

Preferred

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,770 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
