Role Overview:

We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Insurance Sales Consultant to liaise with clients and insurance companies to secure the best insurance cover while actively promoting products to drive profitability and sustainable business growth.

Are you someone who can:

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
  • Understand client needs and market trends to provide tailored, value-adding insurance solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through first-time query resolution and adherence to turnaround times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, policy, and governance requirements while maintaining ethical conduct in all sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and administration to support effective portfolio management.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and contribute to cost containment through efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality, compliant work that meets organisational standards and enhances the customer experience.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales processes and service delivery.
  • Take ownership of your personal development by identifying growth areas and engaging in continuous learning initiatives.

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma in insurance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales or marketing within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets and deliver superior customer experiences.
