Job Summary

In Commercial Org FPNA function, we manage Operating expenses, Sales FP&A, Business analytics, Transformation investment returns and savings.

We are looking for an advanced subject matter expert to solve complex business issues. Demonstrates strong FP&A attributes like data Analytics, business Acumen and consultation, planning, budget and forecast skills, financial prudence, SBTN and Variance analysis, to drive the better business outcome and financial reporting. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Also, provide mentoring and guidance to junior level employees.

Main responsibilities are:

  • Provides highly complex financial analysis, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving organisational objectives
  • Drive strong financial results and be key player to contribute to best capacity on behalf of the team
  • Strong executive presence and representation of the team in Management forums
  • Lead CO OPEX Financial planning and forecasting including O&O and upload in SACP
  • Lead monthly forecast reviews and upload in SACP
  • Month end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)
  • Story behind the numbers
  • Maintaining Master Data (Enable MRU/Sub MRU creation, Cost Pool creation, Cost center creation)
  • Business level spend allocation, Segment level analysis and handling GBU queries
  • Project Management and process improvements
  • Automation Knowledge (SQL Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA)
  • Excellent system knowledge in SACP, S4, Webi
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Understand OPEX impact to overall CO level and P&L
  • Provide finance consulting where needed
  • Lead, design and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results
  • Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 12+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in multiple finance function.

  • Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in multiple areas
