🚀 Your next challenge:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and a commercial strategic plan to achieve all of our business objectives.
  • Oversee Pluxee Peru's sales activities and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners (B2B).
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales (hunter and farmer) team.

🌟 You’re a match

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in B2B environments, preferably within digital industries such as fintech, technology, payments, or e-commerce.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience reporting directly to the General Manager or Executive Board is highly valued.
  • Experience in global or multinational companies is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Core competencies: Strategic vision, long-term perspective, teamwork, close collaboration with Marketing, and strong leadership.
