As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst, you’ll provide strategic and tactical analysis to optimize commercial decision-making through the collection, processing, and interpretation of data, as well as the development of projections and scenarios that identify growth opportunities and enhance commercial efficiency

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Python, SQL etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs, identify deviations and recommend actions to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Develop projections, forecasts and predictive models to anticipate market trends
  • Conduct case evaluations, pricing studies, customer segmentation, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases
  • Analyze sales, market, and competitor data to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage large volumes of data, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful conclusions
  • Analyze and manage the calculation and settlement of the sales force bonus program
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations of results to stakeholders

Role Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in commercial analysis, business intelligence, planning, or similar roles within FinTech, multinational companies, retail channels, or consulting firms
  • Knowledge: BI tools (Power BI, Qlik), Advanced Excel, SQL and database management. Statistical analysis and forecasting models.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking and results orientation. Effective communication and teamwork. Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proactivity and curiosity about the business. Adaptability to dynamic environments, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to present information to different organizational levels.
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and develop professionally.
