You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team and primarily focused on managing and optimizing reporting and data processes across the organization. You will identify a vision and prioritize objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class.

Job purpose

Finance Analyst responsible for inventory reconciliations and financial analysis execution via accounting systems and analytical tools related to Inventory finance for Americas Region at Haleon. Achieve quality and accuracy data on Haleon import costing, local added value impacts, supporting senior finance accountant on controlling activities at all levels (including C&C/Operational Center in India). Finance Analyst promoting improvement initiatives, standardization and ensuring financial controls, looking for high quality results based on Haleon values/expectations.

Specific activities & functions

  • Provide Inventories KPIs data

  • Understanding Inventory Finance E2E Process

  • Close communication internal/external stakeholders (raise any risks on time)

  • Continuous improvement

  • Perform daily/monthly analysis on inventory tasks and backup plan

  • Analyze and prepare journal entries

  • Annual Inventory Revaluation execution, based on market responsibility

  • Monthly balance sheet analysis, review and approval following HALEON Policies/Guidelines.

  • Quality financial validations/proactive actions prior/current month end close

  • Monthly fulfilment of internal controls

  • Issues follow up from MEC monthly meeting

  • Coordinate SOP updates/Any internal control requirements per ICFW-HALEON Guideline

  • Financial analysis as per business needs

Technical & Analytical Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Technical school (Cost Accounting preferable)

  • University career completed (Bachelor) or to be completed- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.

  • MS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel.

  • Advanced English level (NA: >90%, Latam: >80%). Portuguese plus.

  • 5+ years' experience in the accounting or share service field/cost accounting

  • At least 2 areas of expertise within HALEON (for internal candidates).

  • Analytical data skills and decision making, based on facts.

  • Ability to organize and understand financial data on excel spreadsheets.

  • Able to understand business needs, promote open conversations and achieve goals.

  • Works under low to minimal supervision. Key role player for Supervisor into the team.

  • Single point of contact for internal team members and stakeholders

  • Identify potential issues and propose solutions in the immediate area or within functional group
