JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• The Tindall Co-Op program is a 3 Rotation cycle involving industry-specific learning, functional training and work projects targeting the disciplines relative to the Co-Op's major field of study. Projects evolve in complexity with each progressive rotation and become increasingly self-directed, as the Co-Op's expertise and knowledge of Tindall's operations grow. The program is designed to provide students with real-world experience, professional challenge and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals from their target field.
