About the Role
We’re hiring for our Clinical Team Lead to join our Clinical Leadership team and oversee our network of contracted therapists. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our Senior Clinical Director.
This candidate has skill in managing and motivating a therapist team and expertise in perinatal mental health. You’ll excel in this role if you are an empathic and intuitive leader, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and an excellent communicator. You’re excited about working at an early stage company pioneering the future of women’s mental health, and are motivated by the broad impact that you will have in your role.
