Provides individual, couples and group counseling to university students regarding problems relating to depression, anxiety, career, academics, interpersonal concerns, and other mental health issues in a short-term treatment model; provides diagnostic assessment and initial screenings; develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge; maintains treatment records in an ethical manner and maintains confidentiality of treatment records; provides crisis intervention and lethality assessments for students and provides consultation to faculty/staff around student mental health concerns; provides outreach to the campus community and serves as a liaison to campus partners; conducts and evaluates psychoeducational workshop programs; trains and supervises graduate students in psychology, social work, counselor education, or related fields; may research student needs and develop and evaluate programs; participates in professional development and continuing education activities.

Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's Degree in Counselor Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field required. State of Ohio licensure in professional discipline required (Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist). Independent licensure in the State of Ohio in professional discipline within 18 months of hire. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
