Job Description:
Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. May provide customer support, handle incoming orders, verify customer purchase order accuracy, confirm purchase order with customer, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.
Job Requirements:
1. Clinical Training & Education
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new Spark providers, covering product features, workflow, case selection, and digital tools.
• Deliver advanced clinical training for experienced users, including Spark Approver, case refinement techniques, and biomechanics.
• Train dental staff and clinic teams on aligner protocols and patient handling.
2. Clinical Training & Education:
• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive clinical training programs for orthodontists and internal teams across India.
• Ensure the creation of localized training materials, clinical guidelines, and best practice protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Responsible for facilitating case reviews for new Spark users during their onboarding period.
• Tracking and monitoring case reviews, refinements, case rating and comments
3. Treatment Planning Support
• Assist doctors in reviewing treatment plans and setup via the Spark Approver platform.
• Guide clinicians on appropriate case selection, staging, biomechanics, and treatment sequencing.
• Coordinate with global clinical support teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
4. Case Monitoring & Outcomes
• Follow up on key cases to monitor outcomes and proactively manage refinements.
• Identify best practices and recurring clinical issues; share learnings with peers and sales teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to clinical knowledgebase for internal and external use.
5. KOL & Doctor Engagement
• Support clinical aspects of KOL development, including webinars, hands-on workshops, and study clubs.
• Identify high-potential clinicians and work to elevate their clinical proficiency and advocacy.
• Partner with the marketing team for the creation of clinical content and case studies.
6. Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to align on case acquisition and clinical conversion goals.
• Provide clinical inputs for marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools.
• Participate in strategic discussions on product feedback and roadmap planning.
Desired work experience, education & skills:
• MDS Orthodontics
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics or aligner therapy
• Prior experience in clinical training or education role is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital orthodontics and biomechanics
