We’re seeking a Clinical Operations Portfolio Analyst to join a sponsor-dedicated team that values transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key contact for compliance and performance metrics across clinical operations. You’ll lead and support meetings, track and analyze CRA and portfolio-level metrics, and ensure timely distribution of insights to leadership. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams like project management and clinical monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
You’ll also:
Participate in resourcing and metrics calls, providing valuable input and data
Monitor and maintain trackers for site assignments and transitions, ensuring accuracy and quality
Reconcile and archive resourcing databases to support management reporting
Identify compliance risks early and proactively communicate them to leadership
Review clinical trial systems and tracking tools for accuracy and consistency
Collect, maintain, and deliver scheduled reports from internal and client-specific sources for both internal and external stakeholders
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to change—all while keeping a sharp eye on the details and the bigger picture.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline
2+ years of experience in clinical operations or project management
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $38,500.00 - $96,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
