JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Bleeding Disorder Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for clinical and programmatic coordination within Hematology Services. The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for the multidisciplinary management of patients with bleeding disorders, including Hemophilia A and B, von Willebrand disease, and other rare coagulation disorders. The coordinator functions as a clinical leader and nursing expert on the patient, providing and coordinating care and education to patients, families, and their communities. Key responsibilities include, clinical care and coordination, patient and family education, case management, program development and quality improvement, and community outreach and advocacy.
EDUCATION:
State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
EXPERIENCE:
Bleeding disorder RN experience preferred.
