Client Workforce Planning Manager - Evernorth - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Workforce Planning Manager will be tasked with leading the build out, maintenance, and future improvements to WFM modeling in support of key client operational partners.  Candidate will need to be comfortable presenting to senior leadership both within workforce planning, as well as business areas we support.  Expectation would be that this individual would enhance our processes and hire the necessary talent to deliver optimal value to the overall organization.  This individual would be part of the client planning leadership team and be expected to provide valuable, strategic insight as the team looks to evolve the delivery of accurate, simplified visibility to the organization.  This individual would be required to collaborate with senior leadership consistently and effectively within the organizations they support. 

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to perform onsite 3 days per week:  Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.    

Primary Responsibilities

Requires solution-based strategic thinking to enable the business to operate as lean as possible without sacrificing quality or risking metric results.

  • Responsible for delivering key initiatives related to the overall workforce planning organization
  • Peak-Planning responsibilities would be extensive, including coordination between planning, business partners, GSPs, and finance 
  • Drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization to take appropriate risks
  • Ensure that our Workforce Management outcomes enable proactive, accurate and timely business decisions
  • Provides transparency into what levers can be pulled to maximize opportunities with staffing and capacity levels
  • Hire and Develop WFM staff to ensure talent is leveraged appropriately throughout the organization

Key Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, financial/budget planning, supply chain/demand planning, or related
  • Experience interacting with and engaging clients, managing relationships 
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Keen ability to present data and proposals for multiple audiences in a clear and concise manner that promotes alignment between teams
  • Acute attention to detail, particularly with large volumes of data, comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Ability to build strong relationships and earn trust of key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate with an enterprise mindset


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
