Client Support Onboarding & Training Specialist

Plays a key role in shaping how both employees and customers adopt and succeed with Bloomberg Industry Group products. This role goes beyond facilitating sessions—it owns the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of scalable training programs that accelerate time-to-value for clients and strengthen the effectiveness of internal teams. The Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Content, ensuring that every training initiative directly supports business goals, client engagement, and product adoption. Travel flexibility will be required to support high-impact client engagements, onsite sessions, and internal enablement workshops.

What you will do:

  • Lead the design and delivery of structured onboarding journeys for new hires and customers across Bloomberg Industry Group products (including BGOV, BLAW, BTAX, BCLS, Dashboard Legal, and others).
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions—live, virtual, and onsite—that are tailored to diverse audiences and business needs.
  • Develop scalable, multimedia learning resources such as e-learning modules, playbooks, quick-reference guides, and instructional videos.
  • Align training curriculum with product documentation, ensuring consistency across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and internal repositories.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed training into product launches, client onboarding, and feature rollouts.
  • Measure program effectiveness through adoption metrics, feedback loops, and continuous refinement of learning content.
  • Advise leadership on training strategy, surfacing insights from the field to influence process improvements and client experience enhancements.
  • Travel as needed (10–20%) to deliver high-impact training sessions, support customer onboarding, and represent the CSE organization.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or instructional design within SaaS, professional services, or corporate environments.
  • Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to distill complex products into clear, actionable training pathways.
  • Experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and video content creation/editing.
  • Strong curriculum design expertise, with a focus on scalability and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Flexibility for travel to support clients and internal training needs.
