Job Description:

Bring your creative agency account experience to our growing Client Solutions team as a Client Solutions Associate. In this role, you’ll be a detail-obsessed doer who keeps work moving, deliverables crisp, quality tight, and launches on point—owning internal day‑to‑day execution, final checks, and smart escalation when it counts. 

We're looking for someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly and keep timelines and deliverables organized for a seamless campaign workflow. 

Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Know your accounts inside and out: therapeutic space, competition, key audiences, etc. 

  • Know all Phreesia Network Solutions products and implementation processes well to complete support tasks without direction or prompting. 

  • Establish trust and work closely with day-to-day internal teams to make every campaign count. 

  • Keep timelines, deliverables, communications crystal clear for leadership/internal stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with other Client Solutions team members to execute simple, well-defined projects that support the Network Solutions organization and goals. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ year of account experience in a creative agency environment

  • Solid problem-solving chops and a sharp eye for detail 

  • Self-starter mindset who is organized, driven, and ready to make things happen 

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and maintaining organized, on-time delivery in a fast-moving environment 

  • Effective communication, attention to detail, active listening, reliability 

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. 

  • Familiar with workflow/review tools: Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, etc. (or similar) 

  • Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. 

  • Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually).
