The Premier Partner Services (PPS) team supports approximately 200 top producing direct-to-fund financial professionals. PPS provides dedicated and direct support to some of our most valued clients by assisting them with their business and account-specific requests. The team is also responsible for various oversight responsibilities related to overall excellent customer experience across the Transfer Agent, including the Benji Mobile App. The team participates in analyzing and responding to customer feedback received through various channels.
Operations & Service Delivery
You will answer and resolve complex customer inquiries by phone.
You will build relationships to deliver outstanding service.
You will verify and process customer requests accurately.
You will partner with sales for product leads and campaign promotion.
You will use communications and regulatory updates to guide decisions.
You will apply specialized product and process knowledge.
Compliance & Risk Management
You will detect and address fraudulent or suspicious activity.
You will perform compliance and oversight for specialized products and third-party agents.
Business Process Improvement
You will identify trends and design new workflows.
You will analyze feedback and support service recovery.
You will contribute to department initiatives and projects.
Peer Leadership
You will mentor and train team members.
You will support peers in escalated situations and change management.
Experience, Education & Certifications
5–10 years’ experience in Transfer Agent client service and business analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
Able to multi-task with accuracy and confidentiality.
Skilled in problem-solving and implementing improvements.
Work Schedule & Location
Work hours will be 9am to 5pm PT, hybrid. Preferred location: Rancho Cordova, CA
