Job Mission:

Top client activities play a key role in the building of this long-lasting relationship. They aim at reinforcing our exclusivity towards our top clients, to strengthen their attachment to the brand as well as to develop the relationship with high potential prospects.

The client engagement assistant is responsible for strengthen the client relationship through diverse engagement journey and exclusive activities; in strong collaboration with other Métier’s (Fashion & Watches Fine Jewelry) and in partnership with Regional & Global top client team.
•
She/He contributes to the brand transmission and the development of the relationship with our Top clients/prospects through direct entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Top client engagement
•
Organize and coordinate client engagement and activities incl.catering, gift and client targeting
•
Support top client event management
•
Manage agency to develop top client engagement program
•
Generate post event report and feedback
Top client analysis
•
Support planning and management to ensure that top client investments and expenses are in line with business planning and forecast
•
Propose and evolve performance measurement formats, help implementation, consolidate and monitor results to fine-tune strategy recommendations
•
Establish feedback forms and KPIs to monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of client activities
Local support / coaching
•
Support boutique in the development of their client relationship (ex: Etiquette/Dinner experience), event/engagement and advise on individual approach (ex: Boutique gestures)
Requirements :
Work Experience
•
Minimum 5 year and above luxury client relationship experience, preferably in Event or PR (glossy magazines, PR agencies with Guest management experience), client experience and experience in top client support is a plus
Required Competencies
•
Fluent in both Korean & English / French is a plus
•
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint , Excel and Outlook
•
Strong connection with local culture, heritage and lifestyle trends
•
Solid sensitivity to the luxury retail and client service
•
Solid level of sophistication and culture on Art, Cuisine, Wine..
