Chicago, IL (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement), regular working hours
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve prior day breaks including trade, dividend, position, fee, and cash discrepancies
- Input daily accruals for stock loan and financing activities
- Monitor automation and identify discrepancies between internal systems and broker data
- Allocate time for process improvement projects and address unique issues as they arise
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting, ability to adjust scripts or build upon existing code
- Solid understanding of futures, with a preference for knowledge about futures' fees and expirations
- 2+ years of the industry experience
- Experience with Enfusion or other Portfolio management software
- Self-motivated individual with an inclination to ask questions and operate with minimal supervision
- Proficient both in written and verbal communication
