About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga  

As a Claims Support Consultant, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and enhance member experience by accurately triaging claims and pre-approvals in line with company standards. You’ll also provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth processes and superior customer service. 

  • Log claims and pre-approvals quickly and accurately to help keep things moving and meet service timeframes 
  • Support the claims assessment team by handling admin tasks and keeping processes running smoothly. 
  • Help improve turnaround times and accuracy so claims can be assessed faster, and members enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience. 

 

About you | Ko Wai Koe   

You’re a confident communicator with strong admin skills and a knack for staying organised. You enjoy working with others, solving problems, and making sure every detail is spot on. 

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with great attention to detail in admin tasks. 
  • A team player who is customer-focused, self-motivated, and always ready to lend a hand. 
  • Known for your sound judgment, time management, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally. 
  • Insurance or medical administration experience will be highly regarded but not essential. Your background in health administration or policy support will set you up for success.
