Claims Senior Associate

This FTE hiring will bring an opportunity to improve productivity of current high claims volume, and it will give our customers a satisfactory claims experience when the turn-around time is shortened. And especially, when Claims in-house goes live, numbers of claims cases will be handled by Manulife, not TPA Insmart anymore, these 3 FTEs will bring us big support to align with this big transformation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform Data Entry for claim cases
  • Scan documents for non-digital cases
  • Handling email box from customers for additional documents
  • Handling sending back original documents to customers
  • Other assigned tasks from Leader

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Collage or above
  • Able to use Office tools smoothly
  • Able to adapt to new changes of process and system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in life Insurance industry
  • Smart in logistics.
  • Good communication.
