Job Description

Lead, motivate and manage Instrument Channel Partner Sales Team to

  • Achieve channel partners order quota target assigned
    • Based on resources and compliance.
    • Implement Agilent strategy in channel partner territory.
    • Ensure deliverables of strategic business intents, market penetration, market share gain in channel partner territory
  • Support channel partner team development
    • Ensure channel partners business operation under compliance guidelines
    • Manage the channel partner business plan align with Agilent plan, including sales activities, marketing events, sales training and other channel-related supports
    • Interprets channel partner needs and works to meet those needs, identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with channel partner to generate growth

  • Customer Focus and Continuous Customer Experience Enhancement
    • Lead channel partner to focus on customer awareness and achieve customer satisfaction targets
    • Ensure a quality customer database in channel partner territories
    • Maintain good contact and relationship with key account and customers

Qualifications

  • Academic and Technical Background Requirement
    • Bachelors or Master degree Holder of relevant science and technology curriculum.
    • A minimum of 5 years related experience as a sales or sales manager.
    • Good communication and influence ability
    • Good English and Chinese communication skill in both written and verbal.
    • Self-awareness and self-development ability

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
