The team

As a Change Expert, you’ll be part of the Fraud Transformation Office within the SuperCircle Fraud Service Center. This Center of Expertise (COE) supports the SuperCircle and its Leadership Team with activities such as Change Consultancy, Quality Management, Reporting & Dashboarding, Forecasting & Planning, and Finance Control.


Each expertise works from its own backlog, but due to intra-squad dependencies, alignment within the Transformation Office is key.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Change Expert, you will:

  • Develop and implement improvement plans focused on scalability, digitization, and quality with measurable results.
  • Lead and monitor progress of change projects within the Fraud Service Center in collaboration with Tribe Fraud.
  • Design and execute detailed change management roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
  • Act as a sparring partner for management and identify new opportunities and projects.
  • Coach colleagues within the Transformation Office on change requests and professional development.
  • Manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from operations to management.
  • Collaborate with the Tribe to optimize employee and customer journeys, including learning and development initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • 2–5 years of experience in change management, preferably in an advisory role.
  • Experience in coaching colleagues on both process and personal development.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and translating insights into concrete proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and make independent decisions.
