The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available.

The compensation for the position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Must have availability for two of the following shift 3p to 11p. Weekend availability on a rotating basis is a must.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Must be able to answer 50 to 150 calls per shift.

  • Must be able to take calls involving fire alarms, police, fire, and EMS.

  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the callers problems and issues.

  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Must be able to work one of the following shifts. 1st shift: 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm or 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am.


Education/Qualification: 

  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience working in a customer service-related environment

  • Ability to work well while multitasking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking skills while problem-solving

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Adept at learning new software(s)

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy

  • Must speak English
