Key Responsibilities:
- Building the strategies for next 3-5 years
- Lead the design and implementation of digital tools and processes to optimize Close and Control operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure the deployment and adoption of digital solutions across global entities, driving standardization and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Develop training materials and support end-users to maximize the benefits of digital tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to create a roadmap for future digital enhancements and innovations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in finance process transformation and digital tool implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and digital solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in global business transformation and change management.
- Knowledge of SAP systems, including S/4HANA and related tools.
- Familiarity with process automation technologies such as AI.
- Background in finance operations within a multinational organization.
- Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
