THE JOB:
As a Security Officer at Mandalay Bay, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees while delivering exceptional service. You will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to uphold a safe and welcoming environment. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.54 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
Responds to emergencies as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of 21 years of age required for this position
1+ years of prior relevant experience in customer service
