What you'll be doing  

Are you a current MBA/Masters student or recent graduate who is interested in taking your career to the next level? If so, then CIBC wants to meet you!  

Join CIBC’s Career Programs team to learn about two of our Graduate Programs for MBA and Master's students - The Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) and the Technology Leadership Advancement Program (TLAP).

The Graduate Leadership Development Program offers you an opportunity to pursue a four month Summer internship where Associates explore functional and strategic areas of the bank, with significant flexibility to create your own experience that aligns with your personal and professional development goals. 

The Technology Leadership Advancement Program offers you an opportunity to pursue a four month Summer internship where Associates work within the technology sector of the bank, with significant flexibility to create your own experience that aligns with your personal and professional development goals. 

CIBC will be hosting a virtual information session for current MBA/Masters students and recent graduates seeking Summer 2026 leadership program opportunities. During this event you will hear from and have the opportunity to connect with program and colleagues, members of GLDP and TLAP as well as Talent Acquisition Partners from Career Programs. This event will take place on Wednesday November 19th from 4:00PM – 5:00PM EST and if selected, you will receive an invite to the event to the email you have provided.  

  

Important information

  • You’re a student, currently enrolled in a Master’s Program with an expected graduation date in 2025 or 2026.  

  • You have at least 3 years’ work experience.

  • This event will be virtual and all attendees must receive a formal invite via email from CIBC's Campus & Careers Team.

  • Event sign-ups will close on November 13th, 2025.
