"Key Responsibilities
Support Media Planning
Partner with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and go-to-market priorities.
Build KPI forecasts to establish measurable, channel-specific performance goals.
Contribute to integrated media plans, ensuring email campaigns fit seamlessly into omnichannel journeys.
Media Execution
Document campaign audience requirements and collaborate with audience segmentation teams.
Develop campaign matrices to capture execution parameters across channels.
Serve as the central point of coordination across multiple partners, including:
Audience segmentation teams
Tracking and measurement partners
Email building partners
QA final proofs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure flawless execution.
Media Optimization
Analyze campaign performance, with a focus on email KPIs in the context of overall campaign performance.
Provide recommendations to optimize targeting, creative, and messaging.
Identify opportunities to pivot mid-flight to maximize ROI and achieve engagement and retention goals.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of email campaign execution and its role within integrated media strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners (media agencies, production, data/analytics).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. "
