Job Description:
The CAM System Administrator is responsible for the overall update and maintenance of the continuous airworthiness management system (CAMO) at AZA. This role ensures comprehensive and accurate aircraft data on the tracking system, resulting in filtered work-packs in accordance with the latest published OEM, STC, and related authorities' data. The administrator will also communicate any issues affecting aircraft airworthiness or the airworthiness tracking system in a timely manner to relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
This role is focused on data integrity, regulatory compliance, and system management.
Airworthiness Data Management
Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs):
Daily AD/SB publication, record management, and upload to the electronic tracking system based on aircraft configuration. Process removal, cancellation, or integration of AD/SBs (MSM/ALS integrated).
Approved Maintenance Programs (AMPs):
Be responsible for the maintenance and renewals of AMPs.
Manage the submission of AMPs for new aircraft to the CAA and handle all related communication.
Maintain the electronic support system.
Execute AMM updates for Offline manuals.
Offer support to the CAMO department as required.
Ensure quality control throughout the CAMO department.
Oversee Quality Gates for:
Data loading of aircraft into the tracking system.
CAMS system updates (MSM/ALS/SB/AD/Regulators).
CAA submissions.
Accuracy of Aircraft versus AD/ASB filtering and applicability.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following specialized skills and experience:
Experience with CAM Organization & main process standards.
Advanced knowledge of MIS airworthiness management.
Familiarity with Part M regulations.
Technical experience in analyzing and filtering complex aircraft documentation.
Advanced computer proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
