THE JOB:
As a Busperson at Luchini in MGM Grand, your primary responsibility is to ensure the entire restaurant is pristine, including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station. You will uphold established cleanliness and stock standards to create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Join our team in maintaining an exceptional dining experience for all!
THE STARTING RATE: $14.7137 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
