Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Manager of IT, as the Data Enablement Business Analyst you will be responsible for governance delivery on data and digital assets and support of daily operations of the shared service. You will help turn our enterprise data strategy into action by empowering functional partners and COEs (Center of Excellence), producing essential documentation that underpins the data practice, and driving process improvements to enhance our data and usability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across technical teams, translating our needs into applicable deliverables, and contributing to enterprise data and AI initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
Support implementation of Enterprise Data Platform governance program and help modernize data processes and standards.
Collaborate with partners, data engineering, and functional SMEs to promote Data, AI, and Analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
Communicate and facilitate change for IT practices and operating model, coaching teams through transitions, and promoting agreement on enterprise goals.
Document business context and requirements and translate them into applicable deliverables for technical teams.
Participate in identifying opportunities to improve productivity on governance practices.
Automate data governance activities through Collibra functionality to improve efficiency and compliance.
Drive communication strategies to promote data literacy and governance, share best practices through forums and newsletters, and advocate for a data culture across the organization

Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field and 2–4 years related business experience.
Experience working with internal company data and participating in enterprise-level projects.
Exposure to SAP applications, Analytical Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL).
Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
Ability to learn new business processes, data models, and tools quickly.
Demonstrated significant initiative and leadership in prior roles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
