Business Process Senior Associate

We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. This role is responsible for sorting requests in AWD and ripping emails from simple to medium-complexity worktypes on timely and accurate manner.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sorting requests in AWD in accordance to establish procedures while adhering to an agreed upon service levels standards.

  • Ripping of emails from Mailbox.

  • Practice good judgment in processing cases.

  • Responsible for process indexing and data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity.

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate privacy incident​.

  • Suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience.
  • Amenable for fixed night shift.
  • Basic knowledge of computer system and use of Microsoft word/excel.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications: 

  •   Adept in navigating AWD Chorus, Mainframe, Web, and e-mail platforms.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment. 

  • Above average attentiveness to detail (ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information)

  • Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good attendance record.
