The mission of Business Process Optimization Analyst – Commercial is to support the processes and business needs of our SAP ERP platform and related systems in terms of commercial processes. In addition, the analyst will play a key role in accelerating the implementation of new work methods to optimize, simplify, and standardize all practices related to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) commercial process within the ERP scope, ensuring the sustainability of knowledge within the organization.

The analyst will leverage an innovative vision and challenge the status quo while seeking buy-in from commercial teams and various stakeholders across the organization. Acting as an ambassador and leader, the analyst will help establish a culture of continuous improvement for procedures and processes.

  • Salary range 005: 82 600$ to 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

 

What this role entails:

 

  • Identify and clarify business requirements and needs, and participate in developing solutions (identify options and impacts, define strategies and document them, participate in testing, support the deployment of chosen solutions to operational teams).

  • Model processes and requirements to translate business objectives into technical objectives for functional and development teams.

  • Support Super Users and act as an escalation point when they face questions or incidents they cannot resolve (support the solution, help use available features and procedures, share expertise, etc.).

  • Build relationships and collaborate with multiple teams and experts to assess the current state and define the future state using a process improvement framework.

  • Effectively transform and communicate complex concepts, both orally and in writing, to various stakeholders, whether frontline team members or Directors.

  • Lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects, from the initial idea to implementation and solution control.

  • Promote change within the organization, presenting it as a factor that will help achieve strategic objectives and improve employee and customer experience.

  • Optimize management models, processes, and work methods to improve efficiency and quality of system adoption by users.

  • Apply change management and project management techniques to lead and support the implementation of sustainable changes.

  • Lead or actively participate in data collection, research, extraction, and organization to answer specific business questions.

  • Perform basic or advanced statistical analyses and compile results.

  • Support cost-benefit analyses.

  • Propose creative business solutions and formulate viable recommendations.

  • Support the development of documentation related to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses, etc.

  • Train or assist others in adopting a continuous improvement approach and using a process improvement framework.

 

What you need to join our team:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in continuous improvement of ERP systems

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in roles related to business activities within a company

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana

  • Experience in implementing change management strategies

  • Training in continuous improvement (Lean Master) and problem-solving techniques

  • Knowledge of A3 processes, Kepner Tregoe, PDCA, etc.

  • Strong communication skills, facilitation talent, ability to engage teams to drive change

  • Bilingual (English required to communicate with Agropur colleagues and suppliers outside Quebec)

  • Occasional travel outside Quebec expected
