The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 767/777 Fulfillment team is seeking n Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) in Everett, WA to serve as core Finance & Workforce Analytics focal. This analyst will provide workforce and finance-focused process support by owning staffing roll‑ups, overtime and capital request workflows, finance support, training coordination, and routine cadence reporting. The role facilitates cross‑functional teams, improves process visibility, maintains data integrity across planning and finance tools, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities (core process analyst duties)
Facilitate cross‑functional teams and lead structured process meetings; prepare materials and capture outcomes
Prepare meeting materials; capture decisions, action items and communicate outcomes
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from process owners (with oversight); conduct requirements reviews
Assist in test coordination and preparation of test scripts for tool/process changes
Apply basic process, data, and applications/systems architecture principles to support integration and compliance
Design and lead process workshops; support strategic planning and integration of initiatives into improvement activities
Prepare work estimates using cost‑benefit analysis and contribute to program/project implementation
Use and comply with documentation frameworks and support transition to evolving data/information standards
Serve as liaison between operations, finance, HR, IT and vendor partners for assigned focal areas
Basic Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a production support or manufacturing environment
3+ years’ experience collecting, assessing and organizing information; summarizing findings and producing recommendations
3+ years’ project management experience
3+ years creating Powerpoint presentations for Senior Leadership
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis with Excel (including VLookups and Pivot Tables)
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Level 4: 5+ years of experience in a production support or manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher (business, finance, analytics, operations).
Experience with Adaptive Planning (Workday Adaptive Planning), BOE processes, capital request workflows.
Experience preparing executive cadence materials and sustaining Obeya/visual management.
Familiarity with asset tagging, procurement/order coordination, and finance reconciliation.
Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement experience preferred.

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $ 93,000 - 101,000
Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $ 112,000 - 121,000
