As a Business Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing strategy and revenue optimization across a diverse European product portfolio. Your mission will be to deliver clear, timely, and actionable insights that empower commercial teams to make data-driven decisions. You will own pricing analysis, reporting tools, and presentations that help drive profitability and value creation.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Business Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for: 

  • Analyzing ongoing pricing performance across a portfolio of over 1,000 products and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and margin.
  • Acting as an analytical thought partner to the Pricing Manager and Regional Commercial Leadership on pricing-related topics.
  • Translating insights from pricing models into clear business recommendations to support price negotiations and strategic decisions.
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reporting on pricing performance, market trends, and commercial KPIs (volume, margin, price).
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities in pricing execution.
  • Building and maintaining pricing models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of pricing changes on profitability.
  • Supporting the discounting process across European markets and contributing to forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Leveraging tools such as Excel and Power BI to develop dashboards and reporting solutions; supporting continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
  • Contributing to the ongoing simplification of the product portfolio and focus on value-added products.
     

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for: 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers.
  • Experience working with large product portfolios and SKU-level analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics, or Business Warehouse is a plus (but not required).
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and business-relevant way.
  • Confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
  • Independent self-starter with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
