Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Operation performance management 

Projects progress management

Prepare business updates and business slides

Take charge on agenda, logistics for business meetings and workshops with partners

Act as focal point of Safety and E&C for ACSY and ACSO, training attendance and org.

Manage the meetings and business trips for manager

Manage new comers onboard training plan, annual leave and telework

Office supplies procurement and office information update

Assist the manager to manage the budget 

This role will involve some travel for business  as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

QUALIFICATION

 EDUCATION: with __Bachelor____ degree, in ___/___ major.

EXPERIENCE: _3__ year experience

CERTIFICATION: /

LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking

KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to efficiently handle documents, data, and presentations.

ABILITIES: 

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain efficiency under pressure. 

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse team members, clients, and executives. 

Strong problem-solving skills, able to think proactively and handle unexpected situations independently.
