The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

Solventum Dental Solutions Business Group is recruiting for a Business Operation Specialist role in China. This role will play a pivotal role to support China Dental Solutions business leader, integrate workstreams and link the leadership team and broader organization. Act as common thread throughout the team with speed and efficiency – ensure the expected outcomes are driven throughout the team consistently & effectively. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Responsible for daily oversight of business operations functions including business support teams across China
• Interact with all other departments and leadership team to provide operational and project management support as needed
• Provide oversight and manage projects related to key strategic priorities
• Bring together broad groups of stakeholders across the organization to execute and support these projects
• Recommend corrective actions if the project is not meeting milestone, budget, and scheduled targets; Escalate any prioritization needs/decisions as needed
• Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings to ensure status clarity and clear expectations
• Leadership engagement and collaboration – shape the China leadership team agenda ensuring focus on key priorities and growth drivers
• Act as common thread throughout the team with speed and efficiency – ensure the expected outcomes are driven throughout the team consistently & thoughtfully

The Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of business operation and/or leadership support experience.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills, and ability to develop relationships and appropriately influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical ability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills for time management and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage the team.
• Fluent English and Microsoft office skills.
