We're seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our People Analytics team. This contract position is critical to enhancing our People Analytics capabilities and empowering our People & Culture stakeholders. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance existing Tableau dashboards and resolve backlogs
  • Diagnosing and resolving bugs, performance issues, and other dashboard optimizations
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines and automation solutions to support scalable and reliable data environments
  • Performing data validation and testing to ensure high-quality dashboards and reports
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in data quality across Tableau and Snowflake environments

 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Tableau dashboards  
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and transformation  
  • Experience building data pipelines and automation using Python  
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake) and ETL processes  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently  

 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with People Analytics or HR metrics (e.g., recruiting, headcount, attrition)  
  • Experience working with data from HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)  
  • Day-to-day experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions
