Your strong data engineering and development capabilities will be key to delivering impactful, high-quality outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and develop BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker on GCP.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries across both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Collaborate within Agile squads to deliver data products and reporting solutions.
  • Implement version control and deployment workflows using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines with Python, dbt, and Kafka.
  • Conduct unit testing and ensure data quality and governance throughout the reporting lifecycle.

Why Lloyds Banking Group:

What you’ll need:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is a plus.
  • Strong SQL expertise across relational and non-relational databases.
  • BI report development using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker on GCP.
  • Proficient in Python, unit testing frameworks, and familiar with dbt for data transformation.
  • Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Skilled in GitHub and Agile delivery methodologies; Teradata experience is a bonus.
