We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning (graduation) intern to join our Business Finance Department in Hengelo.
This internship offers hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, providing valuable insight into how financial performance supports business strategy.
The internship duration is a minimum of 5 months, with opportunities to shape your own graduation or project assignment.

Daily Activities

• Perform data analysis and prepare financial performance reports

• Identify, resolve, and reconcile discrepancies, reporting any errors promptly

• Support process improvement initiatives

• Assist in monthly financial close activities

• Collaborate with international colleagues and teams
   

Assignments / Projects

• Opportunity to bring and develop your own graduation or research assignment

• Identify and analyze financial risks

• Map and document financial processes

• Gain hands-on experience aligned with your personal development goals and ambitions

• Work closely with colleagues and your supervisor throughout the internship

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in (International) Business Administration, Finance & Control, Accountancy, Economics, or Business Information Technology

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and result-oriented

• A true team player, well-organized, and proactive
