In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

  • Experience collaborating to lead decision-making across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective
  • Experience consulting on best practices with peers, leaders, and business partners
  • Experience identifying risk factors and partnering with appropriate teams to mitigate​ risk
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting policies and assessing the adequacy of operations procedures and processes
  • Experience planning and organizing cross functional work and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion
  • Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) 
  • Knowledge and understanding of issue Management Lifecycle, including implementation and maintenance
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with senior leadership
  • Knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures
  • Analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings 
  • Experience with strategic design and implementation of third-party service provider oversight and monitoring
  • Experience in data analysis and documentation
  • Ability to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Vendor Management experience
  • Third party service provider risk experience
  • Presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Verbal and written communications skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$153,000.00 - $239,000.00
