Do you want to start your professional career in sales?
Pluxee and Cobee by Pluxee is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic professional to contribute directly to pipeline generation and play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our Account Executives.

  • Consistently achieve activity targets (calls, emails, meetings set) to generate a healthy pipeline for the Account Executive team.

  • Keep our CRM updated with accurate information.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and outreach.

  • Stay up to date on market trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach techniques.

  • Are proactive, positive, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
    Have some customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, service, etc.) — a plus, but not a must.

  • Are coachable, curious, and motivated to learn every day.

  • Can stay organized and keep up with a fast-paced environment.

  • Communicate well in Spanish (English is a big plus!).
