Key Accountabilities:

•    Develop the new business growing strategy and identify strategic target regions based on selected industries, market size, competitive landscape and profitability criteria.
•    Prepare sales plan and implement the new business development strategy in the target industries and market cross APAC.
•    Provide the best competitive solution with sales kit, including related product development/transfer, marketing promotion, and get the breakthrough of IAF full portfolio to the target industries with aggressive and effective actions to achieve the new business success in the different regions.
•    Explore and develop new business opportunities to target industries, identify and develop key accounts/channels based on the plan with strong relationship.
•    Achieve the sales targets by searching marketing needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner.
•    Establish, develop and maintain the distribution and OEM sales network on the target industries.
•    Manage and monitor sales pipeline build up, sales bookings, sales revenue/margin, customer feedback, activity plan, and other reports as required by using CRM to manage daily job.
•    Lead IAF AFM product roadmap and competitive landscape study for business development.
•    Enhance the professional product and application support throughout our APAC entities.
•    Collect market feedback on new product ideas, localization, product improvements and new product development.
•    Translate market requirements into product development deliverables.
•    Define product programs and help to actively drive products sales through our entities in line with our strategic objectives

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in industry, Business or related.

  • 5-8 years’ working experience in industries and 3-5 years’ experience on business development and product management.

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Strong project management experience, especially for the new business development with great time management and marketing skill.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong English communication capability.

  • Self-motivated, good sense of initiative, solution-oriented, able to work with a wide range of technical, sales, manufacturing, distribution, and management personnel in a fast-paced environment. Able to work under pressure.

  • Process expertise in target industries like bulk material handling, Chemical, food& pharm etc.

  • Strong knowledge and skills on dust collection application and service

  • Aggressive approach by value selling capabilities and technical aptitude.

  • Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Motivated, Aggressive, Competitive, High Energy, Independent Sales Professional.

  • Able to establish rapport and influence.

  • Strong ‘building-relation’ and negotiation skills.

  • High resilience and ability to overcome hurdles internally and externally.

  • Team spirit to work together with the team for the team by the team.

  • Compliance with instruction, guidance, strategy.

  • Quick learner of new culture and different environment.

Leadership Competence:

  • Willing in leading and running a functional team cross APAC for new business development by new product.

Relevant Experience:

  • 2+ years sales experience in industrial products and engineering

  • 3+ years working experience on dust filtration /bag collector

  • Product/Application Engineering experience through Project Management

  • Industrial Ventilation, Industrial Air Filtration strongly preferred.

  • Broad and strong relationship with top companies of bag collector or/and target industries.

  • Good relationship and development experience to OEMs, design institutes, contractors and engineering company in the target industries.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

  • Fluent in Chinese and English

  • Able to travel regularly both within and out of China.
