Job Purpose:
The TD SYNNEX Business Development Manager Circular IT Services is responsible to develop the Trade-in, Take Back & Circular IT Services within the TD SYNNEX RENEW program & the accredited partner(s).
He/She will define a “Go to Market” strategy, communicate & train sales teams and category Managers across the TD SYNNEX Organization.
Analyze the existing Circular IT portfolio & investigate new business opportunities both in B2B & B2C segments.
Design & Set-up trade in /Take back programs with our customers & with leading A-Brands in the Nordic market.
He/ She needs to monitor & report the trade-in program results to the local ES management in Nordic countries & European Circular IT Director.
He/ She will be responsible to put in place incentive programs for customers and a development plan mid- and long term with TD SYNNEX.
A strong understanding of the business is required to define & design new programs and to be able to support the business in the best way.
This position will also have a role in collaborating with colleagues representing various TD SYNNEX verticals and functional departments to achieve common objectives.
Accountabilities:
Be the Business Development Manager of the TD SYNNEX Circular IT Services.
Develop a plan & strategy to further grow the Trade-in, Take-Back & other Circular IT Services at TD SYNNEX.
Define processes and procedures to effectively meet expectation and to strive for continuous improvements.
Retain current contracts and grow the business in close collaboration with the customers.
Develop/ update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support your sales colleagues within TD SYNNEX.
Present & implement new Trade in programs with leading Retail & B2B compagnies.
Report Monthly the results Forecast & plan to the local ES management in Nordic countries & Central Circular IT Business Unit.
Analyze the existing process and perform best practice benchmark gap analysis.
Share best practices within the European Circular IT BU.
Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Front Office, Back Office or Sales role.
Analytic & Creative & commercial oriented
Passionate about IT products and/or Mobile devices.
Experience with CE Retail companies or IT B2B resellers is an asset
Previous take back/Trade In business experience is an asset.
Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization.
Able to communicate and write effectively in one of the Nordic languages & fluently in English
Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
