Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• To assist Team Head, Business Development to grow and expand mortgage and unsecured lending business sources so as to increase the intake volume including but not limited to property agent, developers and solicitors etc. • Act as a lending specialist to strengthen the frontline sellers’ knowledge on mortgage and unsecured lending business including market, product, credit and procedure through training and coaching. • Acquire referrals from own sources to improve overall lending business performance in S&D. • To support sales team leaders to improve approval rate and drawdown rate of lending business. • Work with other internal departments on lending related initiatives. • Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. • Proactively seek to understand and meet customer needs by being attentive and resourceful and able to ask the customers questions to better understand their needs and concerns.Requirements:
Secondary education or above
Minimum 2 year’s bank mortgage sales and service experience with proven sales track records
Good knowledge of mortgage products and related credit policies
Possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration
Strong network with related business partners
Good command written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
