The Job

This is a founding, hands-on sales role for a self-motivated business developer who thrives on creating opportunities and closing deals. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for driving new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) O&M contracts across Victoria or NSW, while also opening new partnerships with OEMs to establish referral and service models.

You’ll be on the front line: meeting clients face-to-face, visiting sites, developing proposals, and building relationships with decision makers in government, education, retail, asset management, and commercial property groups. As our first dedicated Sales hire in this space, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the sales motion and put your fingerprint on how we go to market. This role is for someone who is proactive, commercially sharp, and excited to help shape SSG’s next growth chapter.
