1. Leadership & Optimization of Commercial Performance
- Drive sector performance by coordinating direct (end clients) and indirect (distribution networks) business development.
- Animate, support, and grow distributor partner network (electrical wholesalers, sanitary, hygiene, etc.).
2. Development & Management of Client Portfolios
- Target, prospect, develop, and retain high-potential client portfolios, including key accounts (public/private sectors: healthcare, agrifood, local authorities).
- Assess project potential, identify client needs, negotiate, coordinate actions with partners or directly.
- Ensure full follow-up on client projects from identification to completion, including relationship with key accounts (+50 units).
3. Management and Development of Service Provider Clients
- Prospect, recruit, retain, and manage service provider portfolios: installers, cleaning companies, regional and national facility management. Motivate and engage via training, events, field support, etc.
4. Direct Approach & Account Opening
- Integrate direct commercial approach when relevant. Decide and coordinate account openings (potential analysis, logistics, invoicing).
- Manage these accounts independently, from prospecting to loyalty building.
5. Collaborative Marketing Actions
- Propose and lead, with marketing, business development operations (catalogues, trade shows). Ensure off-media investments are reported to national management.
6. Monitoring, Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Report weekly sales activity on Salesforce (CRM), analyze key indicators (appointments, distribution rate, sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, etc.).
Proven experience in industry, ideally with a manufacturer (equipment, materials, hygiene, etc.).
Mastery of direct and indirect sales (end clients, distributors, key accounts).
Track record in managing and growing strategic client portfolios.
B2B negotiation, management of complex deals.
Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
Minimum Bac+2 (Associate/Bachelor’s degree) in business, management, or marketing.
Results-driven, customer-focused, autonomous.

Passion for innovation, proactivity, integrity.
Desire to manage ambitious projects and create value.
Fluent French, professional English is appreciate
